# MeshPool

> MeshPool is a company AI platform. It provides team chat and an OpenAI-compatible API on one mesh, billed on usage rather than per-seat licenses.

MeshPool is not a consumer chatbot and not a ChatGPT reseller. Companies sign in with Microsoft 365, Google, or work email. Each company is an isolated workspace with a shared wallet, model policy, secret and PII guardrails, and GLOBAL / US / EU residency. Personal API keys are minted in chat and share the same seat budget as company chat.
